Booking and medical care

This website does not collect or store health information. Online booking and intake form uploads are handled by the clinic’s booking system, and your medical record is kept by the clinic where you receive care. Those services follow their own privacy policies.

What this website collects

Visitor statistics. We count visits with Cloudflare Web Analytics, which does not use cookies or identify individual visitors.
Technical information. Our hosting provider, Cloudflare, briefly processes standard technical information such as IP address and browser type to deliver the site and protect it from attacks.
Fonts. Typefaces are loaded from Google Fonts, which receives your IP address when the page loads.

We don’t sell, rent or share this information for marketing.

Where information is processed

Cloudflare and Google operate globally, so technical information may be processed outside Canada, including in the United States, where it may be accessible to authorities under local law.
